Film Description

Warner Baxter plays a businessman who works for his wealthy, well-respected father-in-law. After refusing to give up his horse to focus on the business, he leaves his job to concentrate on making 'Broadway Bill' into a winning racehorse. His wife turns her back on him, but her younger sister is very interested. Capra remade the film as 'Riding High' in 1950, but this remains the better film, and ranks as one of Capra's best early comedies.
