Film Description

A solid British crime drama in which London is being terrorised by gangs who wreck the premises of shops if the owners refuse to pay protection money. An evil accountant wants to combine the gangs of racketeers and form one big crime syndicate. The City of London is under an even bigger threat if this happens.
