On campaign in Egypt the ageing Julius Caesar is captivated by the beautiful, young and capricious Cleopatra. He promises to turn the young girl into a Queen fit for Egypt, tutoring her in the ways of power. But Egypt is not Rome and although Caesar can conquer the country can he tame her future queen?
