Sergeants muddle through colonial boredom in India by messing around, pulling pranks, and wondering out loud how they can get a nice little war started. An enjoyable RKO feature in a similar spirit to the recent Three Kings, playing off writer Ben Hecht and star Cary Grant's genius for comedy.
