First sighted on a washing line in 1961 and soon discovered to be living under accumulated debris in a barn, Pingwings were the first animated creations of Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin. They were thought to be extinct until their recent rediscovery and restoration. Lovely, charming stop-motion animation, mostly filmed out of doors.
