Film Description

This is one of the very finest of the conspiracy dramas of the 1970s, filled with a sustained tone of paranoia, danger and expectation. In it, Redford plays a reader for US intelligence who becomes a hunted man after he is not among the victims of a mass murder of his colleagues. Faye Dunaway plays the frightened woman forced to conceal him, Max von Sydow the professional assassin.
